2nd year doing the after-school program, and I love knowing my child is safe, getting physical activity, and learning new skills while also holding the kids accountable for their grades and behavior at school as well. Helping teach them to be the best they can be.

We have checked out a couple places, and even though we have only been there a couple times the instructor seems really good. He calmly instructs the kids, or redirects them. He doesn't single them out when someone does something they aren't supposed to be doing, he addresses the whole class and says we don't do this because... needless to say, we signed up last night! I really think my kids will get a lot out of it.

I am so thankful for this amazing program. My son has been in the after school program almost a year and we have enjoyed it tremendously. We have had to take a break due to personal reasons and the family at Dickson Taekwondo have been wonderful and supportive. My son has learned a lot while in the program and we cannot wait to get him back as soon as we are able.

Little Tigers (Pre-K)
Introduce your preschooler to a fun, safe martial arts adventure that builds coordination, focus, and confidence while keeping them active and engaged in every class. Perfect for first-time learners.
Lil Champs (Ages 5–7)
A high-energy martial arts program that sharpens focus, discipline, and respect while giving kids an exciting way to stay fit, learn self-control, and build friendships that last.
Kid’s (Ages 7-12)
Our Kid’s program develops confidence, discipline, and perseverance through martial arts. Students stay active, make friends, and practice respect while gaining the skills to succeed at home, in school, and beyond.
Teen (Ages 13+)
Our Teen program challenges students to grow in strength, discipline, and leadership. With positive role models and a supportive community, teens build confidence while learning life skills that extend far beyond martial arts.
Adult Martial Arts
Our Adult Martial Arts program helps adults improve fitness, strength, and confidence while learning practical self-defense. Classes focus on discipline, technique, and personal growth in a supportive, challenging environment.
Homeschool Class
A dynamic daytime class designed for homeschool families, offering kids a fun way to stay active, learn discipline, and build confidence while supporting their academic routine. Perfect for flexible schedules and social growth.
Afterschool
Our Afterschool program gives kids a fun, structured way to stay active and focused after school. Students build social skills, discipline, and confidence while practicing martial arts in a safe environment.
