When was the last time you faced a hard challenge you weren’t sure you could succeed at, but did? Maybe it was homework you thought you wouldn’t get a good grade on. Or maybe speaking in front of people is hard for you, but you were able to give a presentation in front of the class. Even if you weren’t 100% sure, there was a little spark somewhere in you that knew you could. That is self-assurance.
